NDIS Counselling

(Self-Managed & Plan-Managed)

I offer counselling and wellbeing support for NDIS participants with psychosocial needs, including emotional regulation, capacity building, and carer support. My sessions are trauma-informed, strengths-based, and tailored to your goals.

Whether you're working on emotional resilience, communication, or daily coping strategies, I provide a safe, validating space to explore what matters most to you. I also support carers of NDIS participants, helping you manage the emotional load and build sustainable wellbeing.

Sessions are available online Australia-wide or locally in Brisbane.


NDIS invoices are provided for self-managed and plan-managed participants.

Support may include:

  • Emotional regulation and stress management

  • Confidence and communication skills

  • Carer wellbeing and coping strategies

  • Psychosocial support and capacity building

  • Wellbeing coaching for daily life

My approach is trauma-informed, practical, and grounded in lived experience — ideal for frontline workers, carers, and anyone in high-pressure roles. I provide a safe, confidential space to reset, reflect, and build resilience.

Available via organisational referrals and EAP providers.
